Volunteers

Texas Bible Bowl relies on volunteer support to operate during the weekend event. We especially welcome adults from participating congregations who are attending but not competing.

Available Roles

Test Grader

Works with the Grading Coordinator to hand-grade Power Round and Find the Verse tests, sort materials, and organize score sheets for return to participants.

Test Proctor / Monitor

Assists the test facilitator by distributing and collecting assessments, monitoring test-takers for integrity, and maintaining a peaceful testing environment.

Sports Assistant

Helps the sports director referee team competitions. Key requirement: A loud voice and the ability to relay instructions and rules to a large group of people.

Kitchen Help

Prepares, serves, and cleans up for two meals under the Kitchen Coordinator’s direction.

Tribe Leader

Facilitates group bonding through ice-breaker activities, ensures participation in team activities and Saturday games, and models enthusiasm and team spirit.
